Diana Leon-Boys is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication at the University of South Florida. She holds a Ph.D. in Communications and Media Studies from the Institute of Communications Research at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). Her research and teaching interests are in critical media and cultural studies, Latinx studies, and girlhood studies.
